All Medical Services to be Discontinued at Roswell Infusions

We regret to inform you that we will be discontinuing our medical service lines. This will include Ketamine Infusion Therapy, IV Nutrition & Hydration, and Semaglutide/Tirzepatide injection.

All existing clients will have the opportunity to schedule now through September 15th, 2024. No new clients will accepted, effective immediately.

Semaglutide & Tirzepatide Injections

Existing clients will continue to be seen on their regular schedule through September 15th, 2024.

Clients wishing to continue the service will need to locate an alternate service provider. You can complete a records release with that site for us to send over verification of progress and current dose.

Ketamine Infusion Therapy

All established clients will be able to be seen one last time before termination of services. Appointments will be on Saturday mornings, per usual, and run into the afternoon or on Sunday as needed.

We will not be able to see everyone on the final weekend and ask that anyone not requiring the final weekend schedule for the two weekends prior. When calling to make an appointment, we will favor preferred dates and time frames, but please be prepared to note other options so we can ensure that we meet everyone's need.

Each client will need to research and choose the clinic that best fits their needs. Start looking now! Every site has a different practice model and you will need to find out what is the best fit for you (location, dosing model, infusion duration, etc.) and it may take time to onboard as a new patient. *see FAQs

Behavioral Health Therapy

You will start to see our office and online presence go by Roswell MindCare. Leslie will continue to see clients in office, full time and all groups will continue to meet. Laura will be expanding availability for virtual services which are available to anyone residing in the state of NM.

IV Nutrition & Hydration

Existing clients (anyone seen for this service in our office before) will be able to schedule, as often as weekly, from August 31st–September15th. Thursday appointments will be limited and on an as needed basis.

When making an appointment, please be prepared to state what you will be needing in your IV so that we can ensure we have adequate supply to meet the requests of all. Last minute changes may not be accommodatable otherwise. We advise that you make this appointment ASAP, even if waiting until the final week of services due to ordering and shipping time.

How do I schedule KIT or IV Nutrition one last time?

We will have 3 final weekends: August 31st/September 1st, September 7th/8th, & September 14th/15th. Appointments will be tentatively made with your preferences and needs in mind and times assigned in the week prior. We will expand into the afternoon and Sunday mornings as needed. Thursday appointments for IVN will be on an as needed basis and are not guaranteed (NO KIT).

We encourage you to contact us before August 27th to reserve an appointment slot. Be prepared to state what type of infusion you are needing, so we can ensure adequate supplies, and alternate dates in case we are full or need to rearrange the schedule.

Where do you recommend I go for services?

We do not recommend any one location for alternate services. Clients are responsible for locating and facilitating their own care and choosing the option that is the best fit for their needs.

IV Nutrition & Hydration is widely available throughout New Mexico due to our dry climate and there may be other sites in town with which we are not familiar. Intake as a new patient is typically fast and accessible to persons with a wide range of health needs.

Semaglutide and tirzepatide injections may be available locally or through online vendors. We encourage a high amount of caution and thoroughness in your research and ensuring that you understand the process. There can be a high amount of variability in the concentrations and doses available, as well as providers that require you to mix and dose the product yourself. We do not condone use of products labeled for experimental or in-office use.

Ketamine Infusion Therapy is more sparsely available and may require commuting to a larger municipality (Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Lubbock, El Paso, Las Cruces, etc.). You will find a high amount of variability between the type of provider, their dosing schedule, infusion duration, intake process, etc. A different model may even be a better fit for your individual needs than the model we provided. *We do have personal experience working with Tranquility in Albuquerque and Denovo in Lubbock. As noted above, they both follow different models than our practice and one of these, or another site you find, may be a better fit for you. At the time of your final appointment, we may be able to discuss in more detail.

Will I be able to get records?

We will be rebranding the practice as Roswell MindCare, Mental Health & Wellness, to reflect our ongoing service offerings, but our phone numbers and emails will not be changing. If you need records, you can continue to use the main phone line: (575) 347-1883 and we will process requests as needed.

On the final day of services, we can notate your current dose(s) to use as reference when arranging alternate sites of care. You can provide our fax number to any new providers needing records: (737) 201-2725.

A Note from the Owners:

Preston's contract with the local hospitals has ended, and our journey will be continuing outside of Roswell. We are grateful for the opportunity our clients have given us to serve this community over the last 3 years. While we are excited for what life brings next, the decision to close out the medical services at Roswell Infusions was a difficult one and was not made lightly. We know that this transition will impact many of you, but hope that we have had a positive impact on all those we have worked with in the last 3 years and that we have given you a solid foundation on which you can continue to improve your quality of life.
